Jenny Mayers, DMS Cert.Ed started Creative Performance on 22nd April 1996.
She has lots of experience working in the Arts and is the first female Afro-Caribbean Magician in The Magic Circle.
She believes that the arts can help to develop children’s confidence and creativity as well as stimulate their
learning.
Throughout her training as a teacher when she achieved a Certificate In Education, she did a lot of research on role-play and saw the great benefits this teaching style can have on behavioural change. She applies this method regularly in her drama workshops.
She has also attended Central School of Speech and Drama and gained a Certificate in Contemporary Black Theatre and Drama.
She enjoys running workshops and helping young people to articulate and develop into positive role models.
